Details

• Provide CAFM – Computer Aided Facility MAnagement Service Helpdesk Desk and customer service support
• Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for customers for any queries or concerns.
• Handle incoming calls and manage outgoing calls as required.
• Liaise with wider team members to ensure the best resolution, consistent with the contract.
• Completing administration tasks that relate to the contact, including assigning contract colleagues and sub-contractors to service requirement tasks,
• Liaise with relevant Contract staff and subcontractors in relation to all aspects of service desk requirements and that required information is returned in a timely manner. Respond to queries, amend data and re-issue tasks as required.
• Work closely with Contract/Facilities Managers to develop and enhance the quality of service and reporting processes.
• Carry out monitoring of CAFM data to ensure that Helpdesk work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with contractual KPI’s and SLA’s
• To type and prepare documents as required
• To provide assistance in preparing documents and reports
• Provide support to the Maintenance team on the raising and closing of reactive, PPM and scheduled job requests within the CAFM helpdesk
• Utilise the CAFM helpdesk system for the raising of purchase orders and the subsequent processing of the associated invoices for posting to Head Office on a weekly basis
• Prepare and collate all documentation for the monthly payroll of all on site staff
• Provide support to the FM in maintaining supplier matrices and the associated documentation Provide support to the FM in maintaining training matrices / records and back to work / selfcertification documentation
• Order and maintain stock in relation to the facilities management service provision.

Salary
NGN50,000 – 120,000 / Month.
