Job Description

• We are looking to urgently engage agile, intelligent, proactive, enthusiastic, young & driven individuals as Sales Executives who will be responsible for discovering & pursuing new sales prospects that will help the organisation meet & surpass its business expectations.

Profile

• Candidate must possess a University degree with between 2-3 years’ experience working as a sales executive with proven track record of selling product offerings or services
• A sound and thorough knowledge of the real estate industry will be an added advantage
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to discuss and offer them real estate deals that suit their requirements and preference.
• Be able to make arrangements to give prospective buyers opportunity to view the properties before closing deals.
• Candidate must be able to conduct simple market research to evaluate the needs of customers and identify selling opportunities
• Candidate must possess good communication (oral & written) and customer service skills.
