Job Title: Community Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Onboarding new members to increase membership levels.
• To generate leads to increase new membership subscriptions.
• To attend events to meet potential new members.
• Ensure KPI’s are achieved as outlined within the Business Plan.
• The promotion of Workcity in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
• To work as part of the team and to contribute to the achievement of its overall objectives.
• Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the post both now and in the future to meet business needs.
• Provide full flexibility in supporting other areas of the business as and when required including cover for absences of team members when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 3 – 8 years
• Proven work experience as a Sales Officer
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Salary

• N140,000 – N200,000 monthly.
