Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate should have some Business Analysis skills.
• Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements for projects.
• Organization and follow-up of all active projects with daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Director.
• Project Management on all assigned projects with ability to drive action plans with little or no supervision.
• Collaborating with the MD to pursue new business and managing associated follow up activities from these opportunities.
• Scheduling and developing project priority activities for daily and weekly review with the MD.
• Acting as the point of contact between the Director and Clients where necessary.
• Reading, monitoring and responding to emails.
• Screen, direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Write reports, presentations and briefs.
• Conduct research, prepare meeting papers etc.
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Make travel arrangements where necessary.
• Take dictation and minutes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, IT or any Management course from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PA.
• Person Specification: Female.

• Ideal candidate should be technology savvy.
• Excellent Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
• Interpersonal skills and consultative skills.
• Attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work
• Ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
