Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Be able to work with computer
• Receive and process communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
• Politely responding to customer enquiries and resolving complaints.
• Preparation of bid paperwork; ensure documents are distributed in a timely fashion.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 1 year experience
• Applicants MUST be very fluent in English Language, confident and able to express themselves articulately.
• Applicants MUST be patient-friendly and have client-care etiquette.
• Applicants MUST be IT-savvy.
