Job Title: Assistant Group Operation Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
• Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
• Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
• Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
• Compile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments
• Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
• Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets
• Managing records and receipts
• Providing innovative ideas
• Must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable

Key Requirements

• B.Sc with 7 years’ experience
• Excellent finance and Accounting skills
• Strong and dynamic intrapersonal and communications skills
• Result oriented

Salary Range
N200,000 Monthly
