Job Summary

• Lead Sales & Market Team in propagation and selling of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a marketing and brand strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services
• Set and administer an annual marketing budget
• Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions
• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors,
• Adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
• Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
• Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predetermined KPIs
• Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials

Requirements

• B.Eng, BTech in Quantity Surveying or Architecture
• B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Negotiations, B2B Marketing
• Minimum of 5 Years experience in related Industry
