Responsibilities

• Operations Support, Resolutions, Reconciliations & Reporting. Receive customer, partner and agent’s issues/tasks from the banking system.
• Handle to completion all transactions and ensure that satisfactory, & timely resolutions are achieved and reported.

Qualification & Skills Required

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or other relevant discipline.

Experience:

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer care back-office, credit control, revenue Assurance or Billing experience.
• Assurance or Billing experience.
• Functional knowledge of Standard Digital Financial Services, Bank, Telco operations and platforms.
