Job Title: IT Service Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement appropriate security policies, procedures and controls.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to assure the business’ information assets.
• Installs, configures, maintains and supports applications and systems software and associated hardware and peripheral devices.
• Check and monitor systems and services are in good working order, and produces schedules to manage these effectively and efficiently.
• Providing service delivery data used for the monitoring of service standards and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical / Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline.
• A Postgraduate degree or professional certification in Telecommunication or Engineering Field will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Information Technology Assurance Management.
