Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Details

• Experienced food manufacturing personnel required for a medium-size and start-up Plantain Chips Manufacturing Factory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years work experience.
• Must have STRONG Food Manufacturing experience and, knowledge of plantain chips, chin-chin, corn chips manufacturing, packaging and marketing
• Basic equipment handling skills for minor repairs/maintenance as needed in the factory.
• Proficiency with excel, Word document and power point is a MUST.
• Must be able to keep track of production and human resource, materials handling, operations, safety records, and prepare concise monthly management reports.
• Must be dedicated, hands-on, mind-on, and lead from the front.
• Candidate must be willing to work on Saturdays, and must be available to handle emergent needs at the factory. Must live no more than 30minutes from factory location.
• Candidate must have great written and verbal communication skills.
