Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary

• Execute tally clerical functions to the accounts and sales departments. Check, verify and tally the correctness of merchandise as against invoice documents.
• Making entries of Stock/ Purchase/ Inventory.
• Daily MIS report, Having Complete Knowledge of Tally Software. (Invoicing, Stock Transfer, Waybill, etc.)
• Data Entry
• MIS reporting on a daily basis, debtors & supplier’s reconciliations. – Banking & reconciliations
• Preparing & updating monthly accounting data & daily sales file – Preparation of special report & daily sales report
• Cost centre report & management accounts
• Vendor payments & purchase entries
• Manage entire receivable, payables, accounting & balance sheet
• MIS reports (Internal & External)

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-8 years work experience
• Must be efficient in using Tally
• Dynamic Personality, Command over Verbal & Written Skills
• Must know Tally and MS- Office. Should be able to multi-task.
• Should be able to work on Tally
• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
• A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
