Job Title: Growth Hacker

Responsibilities

• Research and make data-driven decisions to measure and improve the growth of the enterprise
• Identify and implement viable methods to drive business growth
• Attend conferences, Identify potential clients, and establish good communication and relationship
• Identify & explore new market opportunities to improve customer or user adoption
• Develop drafts, documents, contracts and proposals for potential or existing projects
• Work across teams (most likely marketing and design team) to develop strategies and materials for use on all platforms
• Manage content distribution across all platforms and suggest best use
• Liaise with both potential & existing clients via different communication channels to establish rapport, convert and deliver best customer experience
• Supervise all processes involved in project execution and ensure best practices to maintain a consistently good level of quality
• Any other duties as may be assigned that would aid the growth and improve the quality of delivery.
