A bachelor’s degree in Business administration, finance marketing, or related field.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 – 6 years of proven experience, with 2 years in a senior managerial role.
Must have work experience in a production manufacturing firm.
Must process strong leadership and communication skills.
Must have track records of success.
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
Good understanding of market research and analysis.
Strategic and creative thinking skill.
Micro-economics and industry knowledge.
Great planning and organization capability.
