We the Riim Food Limited are presently recruiting to fill the vacant position of Human Resource Officer (HRO) and by this notice all qualified members of the public are expected to apply as quick as possible
B.Sc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or related disciplines from a recognized institution;
Not more than three (6) years work experience as HR Officer;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Problem solving and Negotiation skills;
Must be result oriented;
Must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate;
Membership of professional bodies like CIPM, SHRM etc. will be an added advantage;
Good knowledge in Payroll, Leave Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Labour Law, HMO, NSITF, Pension etc.
