• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls
• Verifying information
• Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
• Reporting customers queries
• Responding to Live chats
• Conversion of leads to sales
• Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification
• Experience: 0-2 years work expeprience
• Good Verbal communication skills
• Sound telephone etiquettes
• Attentive Listening
