• Candidates should possess Master’s degree qualification
• 4-8 years work experience
• Good knowledge of Labour Market Analysis
• Ability to impact CIPM professional students for exams
• Active member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria
• Ability to dissect:
• Minimum wage issues
• Wage rate and level of employment
• Macro / Micro-economics
• Different labour markets
• Labour economics
• Labour demand and supply
• Teaching Method – Virtual
