Job Title: Tech Sales Officer

Job Description

• Generate, identify new sales leads, potential new markets, planning and overseeing new sales initiatives, pitching products and/or services to increase customer base.
• Promote the company’s products/services, predicting clients objectives by identifying and assessing clients/customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers by increasing organization networks and developing partnerships.
• Develop sound, tailored proposals to new clients and prospects.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the company’s technological services.
• Answer questions about the company’s technological services or ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Efficiently process new customers requests accurately
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support by periodically visiting customers from time to time to enhance product/service satisfaction
• Other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualification

• A minimum of 2 years experience in selling Tech solutions
• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related studies
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Must have excellent people skills- ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven spirit with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
