Job Requirements

• Shouls possess Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years work experience
• Excellent quantity surveying skill for commercial building services.
• Good knowledge of construction sector.
• Appreciable knowledge in use of AutoCAD for cost valuation.
• Materials Estimation and take off skill from Drawings.
• Outstanding negotiation skill.
• Organizational operations and time management skill.
• Conflict Management.
• Procurement and Cost Management.
• People Management.
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
• Strong numerical and financial management skill.
• Comprehensive understanding & experience of purchasing strategies.
• Project Management.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication Skills-both written & Oral.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month
