Job Title: Technical Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Lagos

ResponsibilIties

• Perform duties of an Executive Assistant, offer strategic support to the office of the CEO and coordinate communication and relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist the CEO on a wide range of issues, including collecting, analyzing and summarizing all relevant data that will engender decision making
• Provide proactive research, analysis and project management support to the CEO
• Track key strategic and operational drivers by tracking progress and interfacing with the direct reports of the CEO
• Track industry, market and competitors and provide technical updates towards ensuring the company’s services remain in a competitive position

General Qualification, Experience, Attributes and Skills Required

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or other Social Sciences and Management related disciplines with membership of recognized professional bodies within or outside Nigeria. MBA / M.Sc. is an added advantage
• A minimum of 5-year experience in middle management position working as Corporate Technical / Special / Personal Assistant in c-suite office
• Working knowledge of functional management, strategy, business process and re-engineering with good research, organization, communication and presentation skills.
• Ideal candidates will be dynamic, growth-oriented and ready to take advantage of emerging market opportunities.
