Qualification & Experience

• B.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.Sc. (Agriculture), with not less than 6 years experience from any reputed organisation.
• Candidate should be able to train and guide field officers in areas of famer services / product development activities, build cordial relationships with individual/groups local farmers.

Skills/Competency:

• Strong people management, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills. Above average proficiency with office productivity and ICT tools.
