JOB ROLE: Real Estate & Property Management Team Lead

LOCATION: Lagos

JOB SUMMARY

• A Real Estate & Property Management Team Lead is responsible for supervising real estate agents and assisting clients to buy, sell, or rent properties
• They perform administrative duties, build a strong sales team and equip them with resources and support needed to sell or lease properties.

DESCRIPTION

• Set weekly, monthly, and annual targets for sales team.
• Hire, train and motivate real estate agents.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Source new client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Maintain business relationships with clients to promote future business opportunity and referrals.
• Provide support on difficult sales.
• Control expenses and monitor budgets.
• Develop networks and maintain relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate or similar field.
• Several years of real estate experience
• Active real estate license.
• Experience with sales.
• Good knowledge of the local property and real estate regulatory bodies.
