This is to inform all members of the public that the Joint Administration Matriculation Board (JAMB)  is officially set to commence the  sales of forms and registration for the 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Monday 20th March, 2017.

For Direct Entry (DE) Applicants, the sale of 2017 UTME Forms will begin from Sunday 23rd April, 2017.

The board in a series of tweets on its official twitter handle (JAMBHQ) said that the sales of forms will end Wednesday 19th April 2017 while Registration will close on Saturday, 22nd April 2017.

The board also said that the examinations will commence on 6th May to 20th May, 2017, excluding 12th May, 2017 because of Candidates sitting for their WAEC’s Further Mathematics Examination which fell on 12th May, 2017.

The Examination board have decided the Registration fee for this year UTME is N5,500 which comprises of Registration fees, Reading text and all other document (Syllabus and Brochure).

The Board will also conduct a mock examination in all the Accredited CBT Centres.

Note: The mock exam is not a mandate, it is optional for those who are interested in applying for the JAMB Mock exams.

Interested candidates are to advise to show their interest in applying for the mock exams.

The CBT Centres are allowed to collect through their (CBT Centres) Bank accounts, a separate fee of N700 only for this exercise after notification of centre has been recieved by the candidate.

The payment of mock examination shall be made to the centres only, to which the candidates is assigned after the notification of assigned centres for the mock examination.

No association or body is permitted to run any mock examination on the behalf of JAMB.

Note: Do not pay for mock until JAMB assigns you to a CBT centre.

The Mock Examination shall take place on Saturday 8th April, 2017.
