• Process and printing procedure for Uniport conduct form

Few minutes ago, Students of the University of Portharcourt were sent a text message that reads “Students Arrive on Sun,19/6/16.Exams begin on Mon,20/6/16.Please print & process CONDUCT FORM before 19/6/16. Visit ecampus.uniport.edu.ng for details thanks.”

Now the major issue to this effect is that most UNIPORT students are quite confused regarding what the school meant by CONDUCT FORM and how they were going to complete the processing on the supposed CONDUCT FORM. Please note that the conduct form is also known as the INDEMNITY/OATH OF GOOD CONDUCT FORM found on the left hand side of your ecampus portal under the admission form menu. We at Loadedvilla.com know you would not want to make any error while completing your processing and have decided to write down our thoughts.

Still confused? Well this is how to process it.

How to get UNIPORT CONDUCT FORM on ecampus Portal:

— Visit the Uniport ecampus portal HERE

— Click on the Login button and enter your correct username and password to be granted full access.

Check Loadedvilla.com for more details

— Try to locate the “Admission Form” button at the top(Thats after you are logged in successfully). Have you found it?If Yes,click on it and allow to load.

— On your left hand side (Left pane where you have Dashboard and Admission form), click on Admission form to drop down the list of forms available.

— Scroll down to the second to the last option and select the one titled “Indemnity/Oath of Good conduct”

— Scroll down to Print the form.

— Fill the form and upon completion, follow the same process and click on “Upload Indemnity/Oath of Good Conduct” to successfully upload the form.

— Thats all.
