I actually received calls and text messages of gratitude from you guys and i am really happy most of you gained admission but; some of you did not see your names in the UNIPORT first Merit Admission List 2015/2016 which was released on the evening of 14th September 2015. I know most candidates whose names did not appear in the first admission list are already feeling sad. Hmmm!!!! Don’t feel sad yet because this is just the first list and not the final list so there is still hope of your name getting into the next admission list.
What you need mostly is focus, determination, faith and prayer because after analyzing the list, is just grace.

Ok; let me answer ur questions in the order it was asked;
1> Not known since the school may decide to release list at their own will. But during time past; within 3 to 4 most times.
2> Candidates are mostly posted to the department they applied.
3> The merit list is fewer than the second batch but this year’s own is kinda different.

You should have a chance. I guess if you are not admitted into dat department, you may be given a course related.
