Summary

• The Display Attendant will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and replenishing food displays with a strong focus on presentation and customer interaction.
• Prior experience as a sales representative is required, as this role combines aesthetic presentation with upselling and customer engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain visually appealing food displays throughout service periods
• Monitor display stock and ensure timely replenishment
• Engage with customers to promote menu items and answer questions
• Leverage sales experience to upsell products and boost customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure alignment on offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Qualification: BSc / HND
• Experience: 2 – 3 years
• Proven experience in a sales representative or customer-facing sales role (minimum 1 year)
• Strong eye for detail and food presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of food safety practices
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
