Position Overview

• We seek a results-driven Business Unit Head to lead sales operations, manage collections, and drive performance across key locations.
• The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid understanding of sales strategy, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Sales & Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and revenue goals
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and go-to-market plans

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the sales team
• Set performance targets and provide regular feedback
• Promote a culture of accountability and innovation

Collections Oversight:

• Manage and improve collections processes
• Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and enhance cash flow
• Generate receivables and collections reports for management

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Visit clients regularly to assess satisfaction and needs
• Resolve issues and strengthen customer loyalty

Performance Reporting:

• Report on sales, revenue, and collections
• Use insights to drive decisions and performance
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and product teams

Compliance & Risk:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
• Identify risks and implement preventive actions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2-5 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N185,000 / Month.
