Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and target-driven DSA Officer to manage and grow our network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing DSAs to drive sales of financial products, ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to promote financial products.
• Monitor and manage DSA performance to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular field visits and audits to ensure DSAs follow compliance and documentation standards.
• Provide continuous support, motivation, and performance feedback to the DSA network.
• Resolve escalated issues from DSAs and act as a liaison between them and internal departments.
• Analyze sales trends and submit regular reports on DSA activities, conversions, and market feedback.
• Ensure all customer interactions through DSAs are aligned with company service standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably managing DSAs or agents in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial products and sales processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage field-based teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.

Salary
N135,000 gross Monthly.
