Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager – Building Materials to drive dealer market development and sales growth in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling products such as glue, silicone, pipe fittings, and other related materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop the dealer market for building material products, including mesh tape, waterproof tape, duct tape, acrylic sealant, white glue, and PTFE tape.
• Generate monthly customer- and product-wise sales forecasts.
• Gather and report detailed information on competitor products and pricing.
• Recommend market-driven pricing strategies and suggest new product opportunities to management.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and product specification sheets to clients when required.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and dealers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 – 5 years of sales experience in building materials (e.g., glue, silicone, pipe fittings).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
