Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Monitoring construction progress, ensuring work adheres to plans and specifications, and identifying any deviations or potential problems.
• Quality Control: Inspecting and reporting on the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction methods, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Coordination: Working with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
• Reporting: Preparing regular progress reports, documenting construction activities, and tracking project milestones.
• Safety: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, implementing safety procedures, and monitoring site safety.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing potential problems or issues on the project site, collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to find solutions.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a site engineering role.
• Experience with various types of civil engineering projects, such as buildings.
• RCC execution and Finishing works

Skills:

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
