Job Title: Business Process & Risk & Compliance Manager (Legal Operations)
Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows within legal operations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, developing business continuity strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, conduct audits, and manage compliance issues.
Develop and deliver training programs on BPRC principles and procedures for employees.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within legal operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law (LLB/LLM).
Licensed to practice law in [Jurisdiction].
Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Risk Management, and Compliance, specifically within legal business operations.
Strong understanding of legal operational workflows and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
