Job Title: Facility and Hospitality Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Reports to: General Manager

Overview

• Our client seeks an experienced Facilities & Hospitality Manager to oversee office infrastructure, guest services, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure premium guest experience, reception, meeting support, and café services.
• Manage building systems, maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee assets, space planning, and vendor performance.
• Handle budgeting, event logistics, and fleet/communication services.
• Lead a lean service team and uphold service excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years in facilities or hotel operations within corporate or luxury environments.
• Strong technical knowledge (HVAC, power, BMS, IT).
• Proven vendor and budget management experience.
• Relevant HSE/FM certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IFMA).
• Excellent communication and tech skills (MS Teams, SharePoint, CMMS).
• Flexibility for extended/urgent hours.
