Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
