Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Mon-Fi (8:00am-5:00pm), remotely on Saturdays
Responsibilities
Handle and resolve customers’ complaint
Attend to customers’ enquiries
Build good rapport and maintain relationship with clients
Increase company’s sales target through customer retention
Handle numerous orders and process them on time
Meet monthly sales target.
Requirements
2-3 years experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-confidence
Flexible and willing to learn
Smart and presentable
Social media savvy
Strong negotiation/convincing skill
Attention to details
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Product knowledge
Problem-solving and empathetic skills.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
