Job Overview

• Our client is hiring a Head of Project Operations to lead delivery excellence across all active projects.
• Someone who can drive margin, enforce systems, and lead a cross-functional team with discipline.
• The ideal candidate is a seasoned project leader with experience in high-value construction or interior projects and a track record of restoring structure, accountability, and profitability across project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution and margin delivery across all construction/fit-out projects
• Standardize reporting, QA, project reviews, and change order tracking
• Supervise and hold accountable PMs, QSs, engineers, and vendors
• Build and enforce a Project Lifecycle Playbook and delivery systems
• Collaborate across design, finance, sales, and procurement teams
• Improve project margins, team performance, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 10+ years in construction or interior fit-out project delivery
• Proven track record managing N4B+ in project value
• Strong leadership, systems thinking, and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Excel, Google Workspace

Preferred:

• PMP, RICS, or similar certifications
• Experience rescuing underperforming teams or projects
• Background in high-spec commercial interiors or corporate fit-outs.

Salary
N1,500,000 Monthly.
