Job Title: Front Desk Person / Secretary

Location: Sangotaedo, Ajah – Lagos

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed.
• Maintain an organized reception area and office environment.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
• Support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
• 3 – 5 years experience in a front desk or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
