Responsible for all Divisional Cold assets, Administration and Chiller management process.
Responsible for providing accurate data & analysis regarding cold management, provide data and support to Chiller Vendors and FSTs, Manage and Monitor all cold escalations, repairs and general maintenance.
Provide support with help desk management and escalate to ensure turn-round time for all chiller repairs and maintenance.
General cold asset management, administration and reconciliations.
Cold Review Meetings (1st week of the Month)
Weekly Trade Visits/Route Riding.
Chiller Ticketing Complilations-Weekly.
Monthly Chiller Journey Plan
Weekly Trade Visit Reports.
Documents shared through mail.
