Job Overview

Responsibilities
Business Growth and Strategy:

• Collaborate with senior management to set business objectives and sales targets.

Sales and Relationship Management:

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with vendors and distributors.
• Lead sales initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Develop promotional campaigns and customer engagement strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.

Operational and Financial Performance:

• Monitor sales performance and analyze financial reports to optimize revenue.

• Ensure operational efficiency in collaboration with retail store managers and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or retail management.
