Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Facilitating intra-office communication. Handling correspondence and documentation.
• Ensuring efficient operation of office procedures.
• Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Requirements

• BSc / HND holder in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess an excellent interpersonal skill and be conversant with the basic Microsoft packages

Salary
N175,000 monthly (Net).
