Job Summary

• The Facility officer will oversee the maintenance and operations of rooms and apartments within their estate in Ikoyi.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, safe, and efficiently managed while coordinating with vendors, service providers, and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management and maintenance of rooms and apartments within the estate.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure facilities remain in top condition.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and servicing of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Manage relationships with service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Address resident complaints and facility-related requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with the property management team to improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management, particularly in residential properties, rooms, or serviced apartments.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and estate management.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
