The working hours are from 8am to 6pm and from Mondays to Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Creating and Managing Team Schedules
Evaluating performance and providing feedbacks
Resolve conflicts between employees,
identifying and applying career advancement opportunities,
monitor and report on department performance,
motivating and supervising employees,
supervise and train employees,
handle customer and employee complaints, tracking budget expenses.
