Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets, lead long-term financial strategy, and provide forecasts to support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate audits.
- Operational Oversight: Manage cash flow, expenses, procurement, and account management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, and train non-finance staff on financial basics.
- Impact Alignment: Ensure financial strategies support the company’s mission.
- Innovation in Finance: Implement technology for efficient financial systems and support innovative financial solutions for startups.
