Job Overview

• Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, a senior executive with responsibilities spanning across cybersecurity, fintech, health tech, and education sectors.
• The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion).
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• A basic understanding of Product Management, Project Management (PM), and some technical knowledge is preferred.

Salary
USD1,000 – USD1,500 / Month.
