Responsibilities

• Utilize market research to find new business prospects and make contact.
• Deciding on the most practical, cost-effective strategy to seek new business possibilities in collaboration with company management.
• Sourcing for potential customers looking to outsource their recruitment or payroll needs.
• Produce business improvement proposals for current clients using the company’s services.
• Building and maintaining strong connections with existing clients and other stakeholders in the business.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Analyzing discrepancies in the recruitment process and finding solutions.
• Carrying out market research to find new business chances.
• Supervise internal staff to meet target and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the recruitment of staff to meet client’s expectations.
• Manage staff, including their benefit and payroll.
• Maintain and grow staff strength of existing clients through client relationships.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in Business Development with the Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
• Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 per month.
