Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to join their team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and supporting administrative operations.
• Your expertise will contribute to a productive and organized work environment, driving efficiency and enhancing employee engagement.

Scope

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing the hiring process. Implementing effective onboarding programs for new hires.
• Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate employee records in both electronic and physical formats.
• Training & Development: Developing and coordinating staff training and development initiatives.
• Performance Management: Assisting in performance evaluation processes and employee growth strategies.
• Employee Relations: Handling disciplinary and grievance procedures while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Managing payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Administrative Support: Overseeing general administrative functions to support daily operations.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and people management skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
