Job Description

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Intern to join our team.
• This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, customer support, and service delivery.
• As a Client Services Intern, you will work closely with the client services team to ensure customer satisfaction and support the organization’s operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Assist in responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Account Management: Support account managers in maintaining client relationships by providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring client needs are met.
• Customer Support: Help troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Data Management: Update and maintain client records in CRM systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on client feedback, service metrics, and other performance indicators.
• Onboarding Support: Help onboard new clients by providing information, resources, and guidance on services offered.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to address client needs and improve services.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the client services process and suggest enhancements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Recent graduates are welcome to apply.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
