Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, manage conflict resolution, and ensure employee satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Performance Management: Oversee employee performance evaluation processes and career development programs.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage competitive salary structures and employee benefits programs.
• HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of [5-10] years of HR experience, with at least [3-5] years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is a plus.
