Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and Implement HR policies, processes, and procedures tailored to the establishment of the financial institution.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the organization.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and drive a culture of continuous performance improvement.
• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, banking regulations, and financial sector best practices.
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with industry standards.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including regulatory training specific to financial services.
• Implement strategies to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
• Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace that aligns with the bank’s values and mission.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
• Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, financial regulatory compliance, and microfinance industry practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
