Description

• The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Executives calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the first point of contact for the Executives office, handling correspondence and requests.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings.
• Coordinate and organize executive events, conferences, and engagements.
• Handle confidential documents and maintain organizational discretion.
• Manage expense reports and administrative budgets for the office.
• Anticipate the needs of Executive and proactively address challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and calendar management tools.
• Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
