Job Purpose

• You would ensure to provide the best service for the operations of all Food and beverage outlets and services in the hotel.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure buffet name tags are correctly labelled as per the food on display.
• To identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
• Always ensure hygiene and cleanliness in food & beverage outlets.
• Attend daily restaurant, kitchen & bar briefings.
• Reduce pilferage.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Keep records of all hazards
• Oversee the opening and closing of inventories.
• Food is kept at a safe temperature.
• Practice frequent hand washing and Periodic disinfection of the restaurant.
• Right disposal of food waste
• Ensure excellent service delivery in restaurants, room and night service, and banquets.
• Ensure services meet customer specifications.
• Guest Relations – ensure a minimum of 90% guest satisfaction is always maintained.
• To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE).
• Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.
