Job Summary

• As our Billing Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining billing records, and addressing client queries related to billing.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial transactions, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile billing data with accounting records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure billing operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
• Suggest process improvements to increase billing efficiency and reduce errors..

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in billing and invoices
• Proficiency in handling billing and invoice processes.
• Familiarity with Zoho is preferred, Ability to handle insurance.
• Knowledge and experience in healthcare or clinics/hospitals is a plus.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 monthly
